YSCHLM 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2019 Hi there, I have just purchased Nitro Productivity Suite for Nitro Pro 13. The serial number has been sent to my email and I tried to activate it on the program but wasn't able to do so. The ACTIVATE NOW button and the ACTIVATE menu don't seem to be working as well. I followed the un-installation and re-installation methods written on the HELP section on this forum but it's the same. It's really confusing and hope someone could help me here. Thanks. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
