Serial Number Does Not Exist

I am trying to move my Nitro 11 t a new computer. I have deactivated it on the old computer and downloaded it on the new computer but every time I enter my Serial number it tells me it does not exist. I follow the instructions and it gives me the same activation number. Please help.
