I purchased the Nitro Pro 12 in February of this year.  Recently I got a message saying "trial mode expired".  When I searched for help it told me to deactivate.   When I did so I had 1 download left.  I tried to reactivate and it won't let me.  Furthermore it tells me I have 0 activations left now.  Please help.
