Unfortunately I am unable to pull-up your serial number so in order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro 10. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
-Nitro Pro build (format is 10.X.X.X, e.g. 10.5.9.14) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-In About Nitro Pro window, do you see Activate or Deactivate button?

Hi Allain, 

Thanks for responding to this.  Somewhere I found a link to make a request to Cleverbridge for the Serial Number.  I received it from them and was able to take advantage of the upgrade price.  

How many devices can I install this on?  I work off two computers.  In the past I was able to have the then current version (10) on one computer and the old one (V8) on the other.  Is that still possible?
