Mark W 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2019 Help! Getting activation errors when trying to activate my Nitro Pro Product. The online page shows it as a valid License but when trying to activate within the product it says invalid. The certificate thing also says invalid. I have Nitro13 downloaded, the original purchase was for Nitro 12 (I'd love to try it with Nitro 12, but can't find the installer anywhere!) Help needed. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
