Jennifer (Arcadius) 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2019 Hi,We ordered an activation link for Nitro Pro after having used the trail version, but the serie number/key doesn't work. It keeps mentioning an error code -20.As we do not have a VIP access (and don't need it) we can't manage to contact someone who could help us with this issue. We tried looking for answers on the Community forum, where I only could find info such as uninstalling Nitro Pro and installing the new version - what we did, but the activation still wouldn't work and still mentions an error code -20. In the F.A.Q. we couldn't find anything to fix the problem, so we're stuck now with a Nitro Pro that isn't working and need to use it every day in our job.Could you please help us? In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you are having issue activating? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
