fsch Posted November 28, 2019 Report Posted November 28, 2019 Hi, according to my invoice i do have "VIP Access" and "Premium Support". But the licence Upgrade portal gives me an error and a cant submit a ticket using one of my serial numbers. How should i proceed? felix.
