Error 23 despite deactivation with online tool

I was using Nitro Pro 10 on my former PC and changed PC last week.

I deactivated the software on the older PC and reinstalled on the new one.

When trying to enter the serial number, Nitro returns error 23.

I used deactivation online page with this result:

 
Serial Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Version 10
Status active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed 2

I still have error 23 when trying reactivate.

Please help !

I have the same issue again after getting a replacement computer.

Please can you deactivate my licences again ?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro 10 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
