Jerome A Posted November 28, 2019 Report Share Posted November 28, 2019 I was using Nitro Pro 10 on my former PC and changed PC last week. I deactivated the software on the older PC and reinstalled on the new one. When trying to enter the serial number, Nitro returns error 23. I used deactivation online page with this result: Serial Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX Version 10 Status active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 I still have error 23 when trying reactivate.
