Help needed

Hi Nitro - can you advise how I get a refund for the Nitro Productivity suite - my colleagues and customer have sent numerous emails to sort an issue with freezing and slow printing and after months it still hasn't been sorted and they have given up in exasperation - I have been asked to step in and sort and I sent a mail this morning but I have not received even a response or acknowledgement
