Inthe Posted December 1, 2019 Report Share Posted December 1, 2019 Hi, Just had my Nitro PDF Pro 13 revert to Trial after I had to reinstall Windows on the same computer. Activation within the application tells me that I have used all application licences and first need to deactivate on the computer on which it was installed. Which is this one! And there is no possibility to deactivate it... I went to website and tried to create a ticket. The website tells me my licence key is not valid. I presume it's because I do not have VIP support, something I don't want to pay for. Had to (reluctantly) come here, create an account (not with my real name) and issue this message. Am ready to share all needed information through PM if it is possible. Thanks for a prompt reply. I use the application several times per week.
