AdriannaH 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2019 I bought Nitro Pro 12 in July of this year and recently it reverted to trial access. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but I seem only able to download Nitro Pro 13, and it does not recognize my serial number. I have gone through the activation portal on the website and, while it shows my devices are all deactivated, I have still not been able to use the serial number. I am assuming the issue is the change from 12 to 13; is there a way I can still download the older version? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted December 2, 2019 Hello Adrianna, Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
