Nitro 13 installation interrupted

Nitro Pro 13 installation is interrupted with the message "Installation by Wizard failed" at the stage where 100% download is displayed.

I'm running Windows 7 - 64 bit. Beforehand, I used regedit to cleanup all previous occurrences of Nitro Pro and also ran sfc /scannow successfully; then, I rebooted.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide your serial number and a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.

Thank you for your private message.

I believe you are installing Nitro Pro 13 using our online installer. Could you please confirm you have a .exe package? If this correct, please refer to these steps:

1. Kindly use this MS FixIt tool to remove all traces of Nitro Pro from your machine then reboot it:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall

2. After rebooting and if found, please delete 'Nitro' folder from Program Files and from C:\ProgramData\ (hidden) directories

3. Then clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

4. Download our offline installers below to install Nitro Pro 13:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1360108/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1360108/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

5. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the serial number.
