Peyton Owen Posted December 3, 2019 Report Share Posted December 3, 2019 I would like to upgrade my Nitro Pro 12. When I purchased Nitro Pro I also purchased Nitro VIP Access. When I put in my serial number to check my eligibility for an upgrade, I get the following message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly.
