duggan59 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2019 I have 6 new NITRO Pro 13.2.6.26 licenses installed for a group of users. I have Default Printer assigned under WIN 10 PRO control panel. That works fine for all apps aside from my NITRO PRO. The NITRO PRO will change printers intermittently. I am looking for some sort of PREFERNCE under NITRO PRO that will keep the WIN 10 Default Printer assigned to NITRO. Is there a way to set that up? Are you referring to Nitro Pro > File > Print where the default printer is changing? If yes, kindly note this is a feature that is mention in our Release Notes that started upon the release of Nitro Pro 12.11: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes "Nitro Pro now remembers the last printer used, making it the default printer for the next print job. This makes users more efficient by removing the need to continually set printer preferences." Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps! duggan59 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2019 So, this is where it puzzles me. The 2 users I straightened out this morning, one had is set to One Note Printer and the Other was some sort of Google Print.
