Corner
I tried opening Nitro Pro 7 again on my Windows 10 computer and it says "The service does not have sufficient privileges. Please reinstall." I uninstalled it then reinstalled but it still does not open. It opened before on this Windows 10 computer, why won't it open now? Please help! Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted December 5, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted December 5, 2019 Hello @Corner, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy If it work previously, a Windows Update may have caused this issue aside from this version of Windows was not yet released during the days of this Nitro Pro version. If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 13, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a PDF reader. You can learn all about some of the features here: https://www.gonitro.com/resources/videos Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
