Cannot validate serial number(s)

Hello!  I am trying to upgrade 4 of my licenses from v9 to v13 and it is saying the serial numbers aren't recognized.  Can someone contact me to remedy the situation?

Thanks for your help!  I was able to upgrade 3 of them, but still get the error on the last one.  Can you help me with that one?

I just made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 9 license so please try upgrading it again to Nitro Pro 13.

Yes, I need assistance the serial number I entered keeps coming up, -20:Error - Invalid license number. The serial number entered does not exist.

I don't know what to do, I have put it in so many times it's becoming frustrating  purchasing something on Dec. 5 (Miami date of purchase) Invoice date of purchase Dec. 6, and be unable to use it.

Hi,

I have Nitro Pro 12 License, I did recover my PC and I lost the Nitro. I've downloaded the trial version, deactivate the account, but it doesn't accept the serial number.

Thank you for your response.

Please be informed that '-20: Error - Invalid License Number' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 13. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then reboot the machine.

2. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

3. Download your Nitro Pro 13 using these offline link/s:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1360108/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1360108/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/64/000003790 

4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.

Good morning!

I wasn't able to uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then reboot the machine. The Nitro it does not show there, I've delete from programs, but when I download the Nitro 12, I have message that a newest version is already installed and the stopped the process.

Thank you for your response and patience.

It seems to me there are still traces of previous installations and for us to remove them, I would recommend running our Clean-up Utility below:

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 

After removing trace of Nitro Pro, kindly reboot your machine then reinstall Nitro Pro 12 using the MSI installer you downloaded.
