Please use that and install Nitro Pro 9. Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 9. vb04 Posted December 9, 2019 Author Report Share Posted December 9, 2019 Some time ago I tried to upgrade to version 9, but found out that a specific software that I am still using was incompatible with Nitro Pro 9. After talking to you customer support I reverted back to Version 8 and am very happy with it. Nobody ever advised me that my license was upgraded to 9 for any reason. Even tried to purchase more licenses of Version 8 at the prices for the recent versions, but was denied. So what are the current options to get back to my Version 8?
