trouble activating license on computer that was wiped due to virus

I activated Nitro Productivity Suite on computer 1 on 11/15/19 and then activated on computer 2 about 11/26/19.  Computer 2 was infected with ransomware and had to be wiped clean and reloaded.  When trying to reload the Nitro Suite on computer 2 I got the message I had to deactivate Nitro on computer 2 which I would like to do but I find no way to deactivate.

A am now getting the message on Computer 1 "Your Nitro Trial Has Expired".  When I hit the "Activate Now" button and enter my serial number I get the message  "You have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license...."

Computer 2 is working fine.

I have Nitro Pro installed on only these 2 computers.
