Nitro Pro not recognizing serial number

I recently got a new computer. I have downloaded Nitro Pro 10 and have deactivated my old one (I now have 2 available licenses) but when I type in the serial number, it says it does not exist. Please help.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

I am having the same problem except with Nitro 11.  I can't even find a way to download Nitro 11. I  have my serial number and after deactivating it, it says I have 2 available licenses.  there does not seem to be much help out there.  Please someone help.

I am trying to take a screenshot of my error message by pressing alt and prtscn as instructed from the link you suggested and nothing is happening.
