Simeon Nichols 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2019 I am getting an error in Nitro that my trial is expired. I have a license with 2 activation allowed. At this point I have deactivated both but when I try to activate but I am getting a -23 License error - License number already in use. https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal I have already verified the license on this site, and it shows 2 pending with 0 activated. How can get I get my product activated again? This seems to happen about once every 30 days... but this time, I am not able to reactivate. Thanks for the help. I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
