Nitro Pro V13 not validating serial number

Hi,

I downloaded Nitro Pro V13 and keyed the serial of the V12 I have upgraded to, but it says the serial number is not valid

This is what I received when I upgraded to V12

Thank you for your message! Your Nitro Pro 12 key will only work on version 12.

To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number for Nitro Pro 12 and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
