Adam S 0 Report post Posted December 7, 2019 Word document conversions are failing in Nitro Pro 12. My attempts to fix are noted below. 1) I have attempted to uninstall, reboot and install the latest software version. FAILED 2) I have also tried removing the program and deleting the Nitro "appdata" and "programdata" folders, reboot and reinstalling. FAILED 3) I have reinstalled the print drivers from within Nitro PDF > Support Tools > PDF Creation. FAILED 4) I have manually removed the print driver and attempted to reinstall. FAILED 5) I have tested print with "PDF Creator" from within Word.... it works, no issues. So the issue appears to be within Nitro Pro 12.
