Can't activate Nitro Pro 10 -23: Error

I have recently had my PC replaced and can't activate the new install of Nitro Pro 10. All I keep getting is this: -23: Error - Licence number already used.

I had "deactivated" my licence via https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal and it says the number of activations is 0.

I have followed these instructions but still the same problem: 

 

My Serial Number is: ***

Please can you fix this?

I was unsure whether my post to this thread was the correct way to seek a response, and therefore started a new thread here:

 

Nitro 10 Pro activation on replacement PC

By AD1, December 3 in Activation/ Installation

 

I received a helpful response from AllainU, and my Nitro 10 Pro is now activated.
