Steven Hope 0 Report post Posted December 7, 2019 (edited) I have recently had my PC replaced and can't activate the new install of Nitro Pro 10. All I keep getting is this: -23: Error - Licence number already used. I had "deactivated" my licence via https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal and it says the number of activations is 0. I have followed these instructions but still the same problem: My Serial Number is: *** Please can you fix this? Edited December 9, 2019 by Leslie V.
