Cannot validate serial number

Hi verybody

I downloaded the 13 Nitro Pro version and installed but when asked for the serial number I introduce the old one but don't works.

What can I do ?

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 12, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 12 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

If you wish to upgrade to version 13 instead, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
