swguitar 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2019 I bought this program recently and I keep getting a trial version expiration notice and there is nop way to reienter my serial number in the program itself and when I go to customer support where it asks for me to enter the serial number and I do so it say it is not valid. Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and reinstall the latest update to Nitro Pro 13 from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
