Activate button for Nitro Pro 13 is not working

I have Nitro Pro 13, activated, used for many months.  A week ago it asked me to activate, which i did.  yesterday i had to do a restore to an earlier date.  Now i am being asked to activate, but the button on the ribbon will not open the activation dialogue.  Everything I try gets me to a purchase screen.  How do I get this working again?

I am pleased to inform you that we just release Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140 that addressed this reverting to 'Expired Trial' issue so please update using below direct installers:
