IndiaD Posted December 10, 2019 Report Share Posted December 10, 2019 I'm having trouble printing PDF's from Nitro 13 to our Utax 5505ci printer (a windows error message comes up each time). I have spoken to our IT support who have said, after looking on another post on this forum, it may be an issue with our version of Nitro and that we should downgrade to Nitro 12.4. I now need a new serial number to activate the 12.4 version of Nitro, is there any way of doing this? Any help is greatly appreciated!! T.I.A!
