Nitro 13 crashing when printing to Utax 5505ci

I'm having trouble printing PDF's from Nitro 13 to our Utax 5505ci printer (a windows error message comes up each time). 

I have spoken to our IT support who have said, after looking on another post on this forum,  it may be an issue with our version of Nitro and that we should downgrade to Nitro 12.4. I now need a new serial number to activate the 12.4 version of Nitro, is there any way of doing this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I am pleased to inform you that we have release Nitro Pro 13.6.0.108 few weeks ago which addresses this printing issue.

Before I can provide the direct installer for this build, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

To further assist you, I am pleased to inform you we have released Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140 that has contains the fix for this printing issue.

To install this new version, you may use below direct installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1382140/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1382140/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the serial number.
