EBFH 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2019 How do I turn off the icon of the program in the taskbar tray so that it doesn't keep showing there by default? It stays there and shows even after exiting the program (File > Exit). Btw, when the icon is on, does it mean the program (process) still runs in the background or is it separate process than the program's? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You can disable it in two different ways: Either by following instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/4026268/windows-10-change-startup-apps , or by removing the value 'Nitro System Tray' under the 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run' registry key I hope that helps!
