Somers Posted December 11, 2019 Report Share Posted December 11, 2019 Hi there, I just got a new laptop. I deactivated my license on my old one, i installed Nitro Pro on my new laptop. When trying to activate it gives an error: the serial number does not exist (?!). I went to your activation portal as well, there it shows everything should be fine, but still I cant activate. Please uninstall Nitro Pro from your machine first and install Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
