Per Eriksson 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2017 Have installed Nitro Pro v. 11 and want to get the preview in Outlook to work. When I try to preview I got the message "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it" !!. The plugin is showing up ok in Outlook. How can I fix it? Eli R. 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2017 Hi Per, To make sure the Outlook plug-in is properly installed, please open Nitro and go to "Help > Support Tools > PDF Creation". From there, select the Outlook option and press the Update button. Please make sure Outlook is performed when updating the plug-ins. Cheers! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
JJ-Gsy 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2017 I'm using Nitro Pro 10 (v 10.5.4.16), and don't have a "Support Tools" option under Help (the online manual mentioned a link to this forum from the software also being under Help, but that doesn't exist either).
