Nitro Pro Tab missing in Word, Excel, outlook etc

I have Nitro Pro installed on two machines both worked fine and always had a tab on the top ribbon for quick PDF conversion.

On one machine this tab has disappeared on all office programs word, excel, outlook etc.

Can anybody advise how to restore please.
