Nitro Pro window program does not restore (normal) once minimized?

Recommended Posts

Nitro Pro 13 program window does not restore (normal) once minimized?  I can only right-click maximize window while hovering over the task-bar's miniature preview window.  Simply trying to restore doesn't do anything.

System:

Windows 10 Pro v.1803 build 17134.1184

 Intel® Core™ i7 3930K, 32 GB

Radeon HD 6970 - 2GB

Thank you!

Hello @Larry2,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

This is a common scenario when multiple monitors are being used. When Nitro Pro is opened on a monitor that is later disconnected, it won't default to a current "active" display which causes Nitro Pro to display on the missing monitor. Kindly try these steps:

1. Try rebooting your machine.
2. If not fixed after rebooting, focus on Nitro Pro by clicking on it on the Taskbar.
3. Press the Windows key + Left/Right arrow until Nitro Pro appears.

If above doesn't help, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26).

Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hello @Larry2,

Thank you for your message and I hope you had a wonderful weekend.

Since you are still working with Nitro Pro 13.6, I am pleased to inform you we have released Nitro Pro 13.8 so please update using below direct installer for 64-bit:

I hope this helps and should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach-out again by replying to this forum thread.
