C. Seifert 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2019 I moved to a new laptop using Win10 Pro and tried reinstalling nitro pro 11 using the activation link provided in the program. After trying to access the activation website on different systems (Win7, Win10 Pro) using different browsers (e.g. Firefox, MS Edge, Chrome) I always ended up on the same webpage, which should be the one showing my activation key to put into the program, but not offering me the option of entering my installation ID or my serial... Serial has already been set back to 0 active installations using the nitro licensing portal. How do I get my installation to work? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11? Also, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 11.X.X.X, e.g. 11.0.7.411) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
