CHS2002 Posted December 12, 2019 Report Share Posted December 12, 2019 I've recently switched computers and want to re-install Nitro Pro. I've deactivated the license on my old computer. I downloaded the demo version and tried to use my serial number but it said it didn't exist. I looked at the trial version and see that it's version 13. Please uninstall Nitro Pro 13 and install Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
