CHS2002 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2019 I've recently switched computers and want to re-install Nitro Pro. I've deactivated the license on my old computer. I downloaded the demo version and tried to use my serial number but it said it didn't exist. I looked at the trial version and see that it's version 13. The last one that I downloaded was 12 so how do I activate an older version? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
