My Serial Number Is Not Available For Upgrade

Hello, 

I was talking with someone in sales and they said that I needed to use the community forum to let you know that my serial number ****************** is not available to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, but they were saying that apparently it should be. 

Can you please help with that.  I would like to upgrade to 13.

To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
