Change in Workstation

The version on my old workstation is 12.0.0.112.   I followed instructions to activate a new version on my new workstation by downloading a trial version.  Unbeknownst to me, is is version 13.  When I tried to activate the license, I got a message that the license number was invalid (even though I pulled it off of the old workstation).  When I realized that I was trying to license a newer version, I tried to remove the program through the Control Panel application on Windows.  But, I got an error message that i had to reboot my computer.  That didn't work either.  So, at this point, I can't activate the program or remove it.  Please advise.

Since you are unable to uninstall your previous install, please run our Clean-up Utility by referring to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/clean/000004209

Then reinstall your Nitro Pro 12 using below direct installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
