No Serial Number for Activation

I do not have a serial number from purchase.  Purchase ref number: Your cleverbridge reference number: 185xxxyyy

Since the current version expired, no serial number shows up and since I pre-ordered a fall release, no serial number was included in my email for purchase...can you help?
