I have checked your account and I can see your have 2 Nitro Pro 11 products. I went to our Upgrade Portal, entered each serial numbers and was routed to another page where I was offered to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13 with discounted rate. If you are having issue upgrading to Nitro Pro 13, please provide the serial number you are having issue with so I can test it on our end.
