DAB 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2019 I have Nitro Pro installed on a previous laptop. I purchased a new laptop and am attempting to install. It states that the serial number does not exist. I've tried the steps outlined and the message I receive when using the "find license" produces the following: Serial Number actual number appears here Version 9 Status active Number of Activations 0 (this did have 1, however deactivated per other Nitro instructions) Number of Activations Allowed 2 Now I am unable to install on either laptop. Please send this information via direct/private message. Also, what is the error message when you attempt to activate the software using your serial number?
