Joseph Theng 0 Report post Posted December 17, 2019 I deactivated Nitro Pro 11 on my old Win10x64 notebook and installed Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425 on a new Win10x64 notebook. But I was unable to activate my serial number on the new device. [i.e. -23 Error: License number already used] After checking my serial number on https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal , the licence is stated to be active with zero activations.
