Keina 0 Report post Posted December 17, 2019 My computer crashed, had to have new hard drive installed. I have now downloaded NITRO Pro but I cannot get the activation to work. I have gone to the activation support and input my serial number, it finds it. When I try to deactivate, it says I cannot. I have tried to make a ticket, but when I do that it doesn't find my serial number. I am at a loss of what to do next. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
