Nitro No Longer Opening

My company recently purchased Nitro a couple weeks ago, and first of all just to download it was a pain. We had to download some app for us to be able to download Nitro. So it was working fine until this morning, now it's not opening at all and we have Windows 10. It's saying that its compatible with Windows 7 or 8, it's always stating something about Windows Vista 2. I'm not sure what to do, should we unstall it then reinstall? Or just get our money back?

To further assist you, I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. If repairing did not help and since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

Also, please do not forget to grab a screenshot of 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab.
