Cant reactivate on new PC

Cannot reactivate on new PC. I have an old version 6 but your web chat was trying the hard sell rather than being interested in getting my Nitro PDF back up and running. Your web site is rubbish as it says reactivate by putting in serial number then says just go to Nitro and put in serial number which of course is a nonsense and doesnt work. So far 3 hours of time finding a way and no luck.
