I have a copy of Nitro PDF 11 with Software Assurance (Licence ********) purchased 1st December 2015. I did not upgrade to Nitro PDF 12 but I am now trying to upgrade directly to Nitro PDF 13. I have downloaded v13 but when I try to activate it says that I have an invalid serial number. Also, when I tried to register for help, your support system did not send a validation eMail to my eMail address (*******), so I was forced to create another eMail address (********) which I am now using.
