Kprogenity 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2019 (edited) Hello, I have two users that are having issues with their NITRO converting from pdf to OCR. I have attached screenshots and it is to be noted I have repaired and uninstalled and reinstalled the nitro pro software. I am going to look into the possibility of potentially OCR being the issue but nitro fails per attachments.
