Activation Issue

Good Afternoon,

I am having trouble activating my license on a new installation of my laptop.  It says I've exceeded the maximum limit.  Can you please provide me instructions to resolve this issue?  I left Foxit PDF because of the lack of Customer Service and I fear that Nitro is no different...

Hello @Wannaki,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Good Evening!

Unfortunately activating the license for my laptop deactivated my license on my main desktop pc.  Can we just reset the entire thing so I can reactivate the software on my desktop and laptop?
