Problems withupgrade

Suggestion

I received an email today regarding an upgrade offer on V13.  When I enter my 13.2.6.26 license number, I get the following message:

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

I also downloaded the latest 13.8.2.140 and when I run this, the install wizard fail and I get the message:

Nitro Pro setup wizard has failed.

Seeking advice please

Please ignore the email notice because you are already using Nitro Pro 13.
