PDF resolution

I have an efax that many of my clients use.  Today I received a fax as PDF and opened in Nitro Pro 13.  Everything looked fine.  I received two faxes from another business and the pages were unclear and almost blank.  However when I view in Adobe (as a back up) they are clear and eligible.  What would cause this issue?  Thank you.

Unfortunately, I can't send it.  there is no way to extract personal information.  I I have an image of it to show you but not sure if that would work and if it would not sure how to attach it.  Trying to insert and it says no media found.

To send the screenshot of the issue a private message, plesae hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Also, kindly send a screenshot of its Document Properties so I would know its Creator and Producer as well.
