JoeF 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2019 Trying to take advantage of Holiday Upgrade with no success. I get a dialog box telling me my serial number can't be validated. Inserted the serial number given me at the time of my last upgrade purchase. Using version 13.8.2.140. What's your recommendation for next steps. This appears to be a problem on your end. Thanks.
