JoeF Posted December 24, 2019 Report Share Posted December 24, 2019 Trying to take advantage of Holiday Upgrade with no success. I get a dialog box telling me my serial number can't be validated. Inserted the serial number given me at the time of my last upgrade purchase. Using version 22.214.171.124. What's your recommendation for next steps. This appears to be a problem on your end. Thanks.
