Outlook Add-in Pro 13

My MS Outlook, I assume all of MS Office, has disabled the Nitro Pro 13 Add-in, to slow is the complaint. When I was using Pro 11 I found Outlook to be slow and occasionally crashed while this Add-in was enabled. To get around this I've disabled the Nitro Pro 13 Add-in and only Enable it when I need it. I've noticed that the enable/disable process has its hasards too. Is there any update in process to fix this problem? Please advise.
